The Alliance of Black Employee Experience & Leadership (ABEEL) organization emerged from an employee-led initiative within EllisDon Corporation. It was born out of the recognition of a glaring lack of diversity in professional organizations and the limited pathways available to youth as they enter the workforce.
Today, as an independent non-profit organization operated by dedicated individuals, our mission persists. We are unwavering in our commitment to raise awareness and promote educational efforts aimed at eradicating systemic racism within both professional organizations and the communities they serve.

To effectively combat the systemic issue of Anti-Black Racism and ally with all other Movements of Love. Through youth engagement, we establish holistic and sustainable systems rooted in educational awareness and empowerment, working towards the realization of a more beautiful future.
